Sunday: Today's grain in our rotation diet is Wheat! This is the easiest day to prepare for!
Breakfast:
Pancakes (from a mix) with chocolate chips
Honey (not syrup)
Lunch:
fresh baked bread (in the bread machine)
pears (canned)
spaghetti sauce and pasta
Dinner:
Personal Pizza Pies (experimenting using cast iron skillets & mix)
salad (from windowsill planters)
Personal Pies (pre-made pie crusts, canned pie filling)
Tomorrow's Grain is quinoa, amaranth, or millet.
