Recipe: Black Bean Salsa

Easy, and no cooking!

Ingredients:
1 cup canned black beans
1 cup dried tomato dices
1 teaspoon dried onion dices
1 teaspoon dried jalapeno pepper dices
1 teaspoon chili powder

Directions:
Drain and rinse beans. Rehydrate tomatoes, onion and peppers in small amount of water; drain. Mash beans in a medium bowl with fork. Add chili powder and rest of ingredients. Garnish with cilantro or parsley. Serve with tortilla chips or dried zucchini chips.
