Recipe: Chicken & Fruit Salad


2 10-ounce cans chunk chicken
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup dried celery dices
1/4 cup slivered almonds
salt/pepper to taste
1 15-ounce can mandarin oranges

Toast almonds if desired. Combine all ingredients except oranges; stir gently. Chill for 30 minutes. Just before serving, drain can of oranges and gently stir the oranges into salad.
