This spread/dip needs heat to make, but using a chafing dish will keep it warm and gooey for a while.
Ingredients:
2 pounds Velveeta cheese
2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup dried onion dices
1 tablespoon dried jalapeno pepper dices
Directions:
Melt cheese in microwave or over double boiler. Add remaining ingredients and serve hot with chips or crackers or veggie sticks. To make a firm spread, refrigerate to "set up".
