Recipe: How to Make Cashew Milk

Here's another recipe to make a lactose-free milk:

Ingredients:
1/2 cup raw cashew pieces
1 cup water
1 tablespoon honey

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Set on high to blend into a thick cream. Add more water until you achieve the desired consistency, for another 2-5 minutes. This is a very rich milk.
