No-Cook Peanut-Butter Candy
Ingredients:
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 cup dried fruits (apricots, raisins, pineapple, etc.)
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup shredded coconut
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (except coconut) together. Roll into balls, then roll balls in coconut. Chill.
