Recipe: Cheezy-Chicken Foil-Pocket

Ingredients:
2 cans chunk chicken
1 10 3/4 ounce condensed cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup water or white wine
1 package stuffing mix
1/2 cup green can parmesan cheese

Directions:
Spray a large sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil. Add chicken to bottom. In a small bowl, combine the wine, soup, and stuffing mix. Spoon over the chicken chunks. Top with parmesan cheese. Fold foil over to form a pocket. Grill outside until heated through, or bake in 350 degree F oven until heated through.
