Recipe: Refreshing Citrus Drink

This is a great drink to make early in the morning on a Hot Summer Day - chill until the heat really gets to you. Then bring it out and enjoy!

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 11-ounce can mandarin oranges
1 8-ounce can pink grapefruit
2 1/2 cups water
2 tablespoons sugar

Directions:
Add all ingredients in blender, and whirl until well blended. Pour into a sealable pitcher. Chill until ice cold. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh raspberries and mint.
