This is a recipe I make often, but as with most of my recipe inventing, I don't measure. Bear with me as I do my best-guess:
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef from freezer
1/2 cup dried onion dices
2 tablespoons dried garlic dices
1 small can sliced mushrooms
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
1 quart baggie of frozen tomatoes (from our Summer harvest)
Fry ground beef in olive oil until brown. Drain off extra fat. Add a tablespoon more olive oil and add rest of ingredients. Cook until all ingredients is heated through and smells yummy!
