Recipe: Lunch-Box Kabobs

Here's a quick way to make a fun lunch, especially for kids. Gluten-free (depending on ingredients).

Lunch-Box Kabobs

4 ounces Cheddar or Velveeta cheese, cubed
4 ounces cubed ham, turkey, sausage
1 jar stuffed olives
1 pint cherry tomatoes, washed, de-stemmed (if available fresh)
1 can (16 ounces) pineapple chunks in juice, drained

Directions:
Alternate ingredients on wooden skewers. Wrap in foil or plastic wrap before packing in lunch box. Serve with rice crackers. Serves 4.
