
Ingredients:
1 cup plain or vanilla goat (or cow) yogurt
1/2 cup canned/drained mandarin oranges
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
honey
cinnamon
Directions:
Layer the yogurt, oranges and berries in a pretty glass (see the pic). Top with a dash of cinnamon. Drizzle on a little honey. Garnish with granola or a mint spring. Yum!
